Anita Nooronha
AVP- Human Resources
Anita Noronha has approximately 23 years in dealing with people. She plans, leads, directs, develops, and coordinates the Talent Management policies and activities for our team across various geographies at ShoreWise Consulting.
She started her HR career with a recruitment firm in 1999 and has worked with Wipro, Countrywide Financial Corporation (now Bank of America), then moved on for international exposure to the UAE working with different cultures and diverse groups before returning back on home soil to work with Oil& Gas services and a few IT companies.
Anita joined ShoreWise Consulting in December 2021 and is all set to give her team a new perspective and greater impetus.
