I have completed my Masters in HR& Social Work. I have 10 yrs of professional HR experience in total. I have worked with companies like HML (an RPG enterprise) India and Eastern Group of Companies, Kerala, India. During this tenure, I have handled all verticals in HR right from Payroll, Employee Relations, L&D, Talent Acquisition, and Performance Management. Right now, I am based out of Canada and working with ShoreWise as Performance Management Lead in OPM, HR.
