Manisha Gauri
People Officer
An Organizational Psychologist by profession with a history of working in the development of multiple behavioral and skill-based assessments, HR, and Marketing. I am extremely fond of my work and my field of expertise – Psychology. It has helped me explore new dimensions of the human mind and has planted a seed of a never-ending wish to keep understanding the ‘Why’s of human behavior. I am always looking for opportunities to constantly improve and learn. In my capacity as a People Officer at ShoreWise, I plan to do just that. I strive to develop and implement strategies with a balanced focus on employee well-being and my organization’s development. I am a passionate trekker and would never say no to travel. I have also worked as a freelance artist (acrylic painting).
Some more of my interests and hobbies include (but not limited to) – Military Psychology, Sports, and Dancing.
