A distinguished alumnus of the Institute of Financial Management and Research, India, Sowmya has a decade of experience in Learning and Development, Banking, and Tech in organizations around the world. Tapping on her knowledge and well-rounded cross-industry perspective, she has helped Shorewise build a robust and time-sensitive process that revolves around the needs of our clients and consultants, even while we have been scaling at a break-neck pace. With her cross-cultural and diverse worldview, Sowmya Sridhar and her team have played a huge role in accelerating our meteoric rise around the globe.
